You may make payments on-line via secure connections to PayPal. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to make payment, you can use any valid major credit card. Your PAYPAL payment confirmation will show a payment to JBI.

To access your billing you must login using your supplied Customer ID and Password.

You can find this information in your latest invoice which was e-mailed to you, by a special email for first time customers or from the monthly reminder email which is sent to all customers.

If you still need help, then send us an email requesting your logon information. An email will be sent to you registered email address. In the event that your email address has changed, please use the feedback form to register your change.

Once you make a payment of an invoice, it will no longer appear as an open invoice. You can view the status of your paid or pending invoices by reviewing your order details.
